NEW Prints/ Tirages d'art
Based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France, I am a Romanian-born self-taught painter. I owe a special debt of gratitude to my husband, Gyuri Lohmüller, who has supported and encouraged me throughout my artistic journey
I create original oil paintings on canvas, inspired by surrealism, symbolism and the emotions that shape the human experience.
My work explores themes such as love, childhood, spirituality, memory and the contradictions of the contemporary world. Through symbolic imagery and imaginary worlds, I seek to give form to ideas and emotions that go beyond appearances.
