GUIDELINES

– 18+ THEMES. First things first, I am over 21. I’m also demisexual, and generally think sex is squicky, but I’ve slowly gotten more comfortable writing smutty threads over the years. That said, I will only do it with other muns I’m comfortable with, with lots of plotting and communication. Violence and other dark, more “adult” themes are fine, but I’m not gonna be writing sex scenes with everyone, or even everyone that I ship with. It's also important to note that, even we write smut together, sometimes I need a break, and I'm gonna ask you to respect that.

– NO-GO’s. There are a few topics that I will simply never be okay with writing under any circumstances for my own comfort. Incest, pedophilia, rape, and relationships with vast age gaps/power imbalances. Referencing these things as past events is fine, but I will never write a thread where any of these things are actively happening. 

• This means Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon is a fandom I want nothing to do with, because it heavily features all of those things.

– TRIGGERS. Incest. That includes “incest-adjacent” things like adopted siblings/people who were raised together (ie Barry x Iris from CW’s Flash, or Allison x Luther from TUA), or just anything that requires the explanation of “Well, it’s not technically incest because…” Any triggering content that I post will be tagged as #[insert trigger] tw, so please block as needed! I try to tag as thoroughly as I can, but please let me know if you need something tagged. 

• Again, due to my trigger and personal preferences, I will not interact with GOT/HOTD muses. It’s uncomfortable at best, and triggering at worst, and I’m trying to protect my peace here. 

– SHIPPING. Regardless of orientation, do not force a ship on me. If I tell you that I’m not interested in shipping our characters romantically, accept that and move on. I’ve been in writing partnerships where the other person repeatedly tried to push past boundaries I set, and it caused me to have panic attacks; I refuse to put up with that again. Try to force a ship on me after I've said 'no', and I'm blocking your ass. That said, if you ship our characters, you can always come talk to me about it, because there is a chance I’ll ship it too! 

• Additionally, if we’re talking about ships from media, canon or otherwise, let’s not get ugly about it, yeah? You ship your ships, and I’ll ship mine, and if it comes to it we’ll agree to disagree. 

– FOLLOWING. I will not follow you if you don't have bios for yours muses, or at least a muse list (unless I already know you, and know who you plan on writing). I will not follow you if you don't fill out my interest tracker, because I put a lot of effort into it, and actually find it really disrespectful when it gets ignored.

 If you write an OC, or a canon-divergent muse, I will only follow you if there is a bio (even a short one) for me to read so I can get some idea of the character. For fellow multi-muse blogs, as long as I can find at least one muse on your list that I’m interested in writing with, I’ll follow you! 

I am selective about following blogs that use exclusively animated icons; if there's a real FC or an option to use no icons, I'm good. I tend not to follow if you post a lot of untagged sexual images, or if you write a lot of threads with my aforementioned no-go topics.
