 Welcome to PAHG-HR. We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

  1. Information  We Collect                                              

  (a) Information provided by HR                                                                                                                                                                                                     

  Authorized HR administrators enter and manage employee profile information, including personal details, educational background and work experience. Employees can view their own profile in the app but cannot change it.         

  (b) Information collected by the app                                                                                                                                                                                               

  - Location data (precise GPS): For employees who use the attendance clock in/out feature, such as site engineers, the app collects the device's precise location:                                                                 

    - when the employee clocks in and clocks out, and                                                                                                                                                                               

    - about every 5 minutes while the employee is clocked in, including when the app is closed or not in use (background location).                                                                                                 

    Location collection stops when the employee clocks out. While tracking is active, a notification ("Location Tracking") is always shown on the device. If the phone restarts during a shift, tracking resumes automatically until

    the employee clocks out.                                                                                                                                                                                                        

  - Attendance records: Clock-in and clock-out times.                                                                                                                                                                               

  - Offline storage: If the device has no internet connection, location and attendance records are stored temporarily on the device and sent to our server once a connection is available. They are deleted from the device after   

    they are sent.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  - Device notification token: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to send in-app notifications. It uses a device token and does not contain your personal profile data.                                                       

  2. How We Use Information                                                                                                                                                                                                         

  - Location data is used only to record attendance and to confirm whether an employee is at their assigned work site during working hours.                                                                                         

  - We do not use location data for advertising, and we do not sell it.                                                                                                                                                             

  - We do not collect location data when the employee is not clocked in.   

3. Who Can Access the Data                                                                                                                                                                                                        

  Employee data, including location and attendance records, can be viewed only by authorized personnel: HR administrators, and [management roles such as Chairman / MD / company HR, if they can see location or attendance         

  reports]. We do not share this data with third parties, except service providers that help us run the app (such as our hosting provider and Google Firebase), who process it only on our behalf.                                  

  4. Data Retention                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

  Location and attendance records are kept for [e.g., 12 months / the duration of employment] and then deleted. When an employee leaves the company, their data is [deleted / kept for X months as required for payroll records].   

  5. Your Choices   

- You can stop location collection at any time by clocking out.                                                                                                                                                                   

  - You can turn off location permission in your device settings. However, the clock in/out feature requires location access, so it cannot be used without it.

  6. Data Security                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  Access to employee data is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and our systems are designed to prevent unauthorized access.                                                

  7. Updates to This Policy                                                                                                                                                                                                         

  We will tell users about changes to this Privacy Policy through the app or other appropriate channels.
