Privacy: The Parents of ACT website does not collect any data for analytical or marketing purposes. Donors' names may be listed in event programs at Arts at the Capitol Theater High School, be printed on a poster that is hung in the school lobby, and listed on the Arts at the Capitol Theater Facebook page. Donors may opt-out of any or all of these listings by request at the time of their donation to PACT.

Tax-Exempt Status: Parents of ACT is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  The funds raised by PACT are used to support the students and teachers at ACT. All donations made to Parents of ACT are tax deductible.
