About the App
Packing Scan is a mobile application designed for internal use by employees of PT Binder Indonesia. The app helps staff scan QR codes or barcodes on job orders and boxes, check item details from the internal database, and ensure smooth operations within the company’s workflow. The app is not intended for public or commercial use, and it is not directed at children under 13 years old.

We don’t collect your name, email, contacts, or any personal info. But to make the app work properly, we need access to a few things on your device:
Camera: Used only for scanning QR codes or barcodes. We don’t record or store any images.
Wi-Fi Information: The app checks your current IP address to make sure you're connected to your PT Binder Indonesia internal network. No passwords or personal browsing data are accessed.
Device ID: We use your device’s Android ID to help the app function properly on your device and to ensure it works securely within your organization’s system. This ID is kept private and is never shared externally.
Internal Server Access: The app communicates with your company’s internal database to retrieve and check data like job numbers, box IDs, and item quantities. This information is used only within your internal environment.
The information accessed is used only to make the app work as intended, such as:
Scanning and validating QR/barcodes
Displaying item or box details from internal database
Checking your network connection
Ensuring the app runs securely on the correct device
We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, or analytics of any kind.
No one outside PTBI company. We don’t share your data with third parties. All access and communication stays within the company’s internal system.
This app is not designed for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them. If you think a child is using the app and has shared personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We take your privacy seriously. All data is used responsibly and securely, only when needed for the app to function properly. Communication with internal systems happens over PTBI company’s network and is protected by your organization's security standards.
