Special Events Coordinator
The Special Events Coordinator will select special events for the pack participation throughout the year, planning, organizing, and executing each activity. Roles and responsibilities include the following:
• Coordinate sign up and registration for extra activities for the pack: Scout Day at Sporting Events, Nova Events, Memorial Day Flag Planting, etc.
• Communicate details to participating families: cost, how to get there, where to gather, where to meet, etc.
• Solicit an adult to lead the outing
• Select and plan 1 special overnight adventure each year
