Pack Committee Meeting

Nov. 11, 2018

Attendees: Pat Koreck, Jimmy Hacker, Jeff Allen, Pete Kuzniaz, Becky Hansen, Frank & Steph Garriel, Steffi Carunchio, Chris Ballinghoff, Anna Drake

Pete: need to pay council (Shauna has checkbook) for popcorn. Total due by 11/10
Reminder to den leaders: bring receipts for expenses for reimbursement
Dues: Due by 11/17
Frank will put together a roster/re-register by Thanksgiving
Chris B in charge of collecting medical forms (from den leaders)

Dec 7-9 camping

Awards: Scoutbook by Fri evening 11/9

Recruiting: Anna

Turn Dec pack night into recruiting night
Give pinewood derby car out
Anna: recruit/get flyers into the schools (Family Scouting flyer)
Dec 17th @ Lilley 7pm
Santa/hot cocoa/cookies
Idea: Harry on motorcycle

Mon Nov 12: Mobile scout store @ Union Calley

Scouting for Food: need bags/Frank will deliver to dens tomorrow night (11/5)
Take 20-30 bags each scout/distribute to neighbors preferably face-to-face contact
Bring filled bags to glow party 11/17 (hopefully Point Ariel Park)
6-8pm dance party (secure Point Ariel Park from 5-10pm for setup, etc)
Counting stations - on tables to count food, no need to sort

Camping: Dec 7-9 Pine Tree

$175/cabin sleeps 12 (6 bunks)
$30 per person/ or $15 for daytime only
Activities? ranges?
3 cabins are reserved. Scouts need to reserve online by 11/20 to be in a cabin
