At one of our Pack Meetings we welcomed the Needham Police and their service dog Rocket to answer our questions about first responders.
The best way to find out what you do best is to do it. Swing a bat. Pitch a tent. Build a pinewood derby® car. Cub Scouts are at that magical age where everything is new and possible and, most important, fun.
A welcoming community for boys and girls in grades K-5 and their families, Pack 8 Needham Cub Scouts encourages generous service to community, love of nature and the outdoors, and interest in STEM. Our membership includes families from Needham, Newton, Dover and Dedham. We have a lot of experience with neurodiverse scouts and have proudly watched kids with ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities earn their rank and learn new skills.
Our monthly pack meetings are open to the public. Join us at 7pm on the third Tuesday of every month (August through June). We meet at the Congregational Church of Needham in their Fellowship Hall.

We’ve got two upcoming summer events, and we would love to see everyone there. These are also great events for people who are interested in scouts, so bring any interested friends, relatives, sports teammates, or neighbors!
