The Giant Stride is a premium San Pedro based dive boat. Its crew has years of experience both with divers and students. This boat, while it is very spacious, limits the number of passengers to keep the quality and comfort of the dive experience top notch. They offer dives from pleasure fun dives in the local kelp forest and costal dive sites, to the more advanced front side of Catalina, and the always adventurous wrecks and oil rigs of the Southern California coast. For the more advanced divers they offer drift dives on the far side of Catalina and deep, wreck and tech dives.

The Giant Stride's commitment to excellence and cleanliness, as well as its world class Captain and Crew make for a magical dive experience. The boat proudly has an in-depth cleaning regiment and the crew practices frequent cleanings of all passenger spaces throughout the dive day.

The ship's sundeck gives you 360-degree views, great for whale watching or just to catch a bit of a tan. The large open-air Space all around the ship and individual gear stations make you feel more like you're on a private yacht rather than a commercial dive boat. The Salon with the galley and dining area offer a quiet respite away from the elements to enjoy a meal or just to take a break. While the carefully selected dive sites offer rarely visited reefs, giant kelp forests, manmade aquatic wonders, and yes, fish and majestic marine life.

Our staff has partnered with The Giant Stride to create chef curated meals and snacks geared to a healthy lifestyle and the caloric needs of our divers. For those who may need a bit more, we also provide more filling additions to the menu. Your experience starts from the moment you board.
