What is PACE?
PACE stands for Parent Advisory Council for Excellence. PACE serves as the Freehold Township PK-8 Special Education Parent Group (SEPTA/SEPAG).
PACE's mission is to empower and support parents and guardians through collaboration, advocacy, and education. Together, we strive to create an inclusive, informed, and supportive community where every child can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
While only some students receive special education services, all students benefit from PACE.
Many school-wide programs offer general-education students opportunities to learn how to internalize and demonstrate empathy, inclusion, and peer leadership.
PACE awards are given at 5th and 8th grade moving up ceremonies to recognize general-education students that are exceptional peer leaders.
