If you have affiliated and payed, your entry form will appear on the list below. Note the forms are shared to the email addresses provided on the affiliation form. Gmails will open automatically when you click on your school name, but other emails will need us to grant access.
You must have internet connection while filling out the form, otherwise it will not save.
DO NOT download the form onto your computer to fill, keep it online to be able to save automatically and for all entries from one school to be seen on one form.
Step 1: Please complete one excel entry sheet per affiliate and closing dates. Ensure correct spelling of all names.
Step 2: Inform office when your entry form is complete.
Step 3: An invoice will be sent to you.
Step 4: Make payment (school name as reference) and upload proof of payment at the top of this page.
