Available on the App Store
ProAlarm is an alarm and wake-up assistance app for iOS. It may include features such as missions, power naps, QR/code scanning missions, photo missions, wake checks, loud backup sounds, notifications, and premium features.
ProAlarm is designed to help users wake up more reliably, but it is not guaranteed to work in every situation.
ProAlarm does not guarantee that an alarm will always ring, trigger, sound, notify you, wake you, or work without interruption.
Alarm performance may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to:
iOS restrictions
notification permissions
alarm permissions on supported iOS versions
battery level
Low Power Mode
Focus modes or notification settings
volume settings
device storage or performance
app crashes
iOS updates
force-closing the app from the App Switcher
background activity limitations
network availability for subscription sync
device-specific behavior outside our control
For best results, you should keep ProAlarm active in the background and not close it from the App Switcher when you have a nearby alarm. On iOS 26 or later, alarm permission may be required for certain alarm-related functionality. Notifications must be allowed on all supported iOS versions for notification-based features.
Due to iOS background restrictions, ProAlarm may perform background activity to improve reliability. This may consume significant battery on some devices. We recommend charging your device overnight when using ProAlarm for important alarms and closing the app when you do not have any nearby alarms.
You are responsible for using appropriate backup methods for important events.
For flights, exams, job interviews, medication, work, school, travel, emergencies, or any situation where missing an alarm may cause loss, harm, inconvenience, or damage, you should use additional backup alarms or wake-up methods.
ProAlarm should not be your only wake-up method for critical situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProApps Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, missed event, missed flight, missed meeting, lost income, financial loss, emotional distress, inconvenience, or other consequence caused by:
an alarm not ringing
an alarm ringing late
a notification not appearing
a sound not playing
the app being closed or restricted by iOS
incorrect settings
device issues
subscription sync issues
user error
third-party service issues
any failure or limitation of the App
You use ProAlarm at your own risk.
ProAlarm is licensed to you, not sold.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProAlarm on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s applicable terms and usage rules.
You may not:
copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App
bypass subscriptions, paywalls, or entitlement checks
interfere with the App’s security, purchase validation, or subscription systems
misuse background behavior or attempt to manipulate the App or iOS
use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
ProAlarm is available for all ages. However, if you are under the age of majority in your country, you must use the App with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the App, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use it under the laws applicable to you.
You may use ProAlarm anonymously or optionally sign in with Apple.
Signing in may be required to sync premium access across supported apps. If you remain anonymous, some subscription syncing features may be limited.
You are responsible for using the correct Apple ID and keeping access to it.
ProAlarm offers premium access called ProAlarm Max.
The following premium products may unlock premium features across supported apps:
ProAlarm Max in ProAlarm
ProAlarm Premium in ProAlarm (Legacy)
Zone Premium in Zone: Relax and Sleep Sounds
Supported apps currently include ProAlarm, ProAlarm (Legacy), and Zone: Relax and Sleep Sounds.
To sync premium access across apps, you must sign in on both the app where the purchase was made and the app where you want access using the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Subscription sync and purchases require an internet connection. The App may be usable offline, but purchases, subscription validation, restore purchases, and cross-app premium sync may require internet access.
If premium access does not restore automatically, you should use the Restore Purchases option in the App.
Cross-app premium access is provided as an interoperability feature between supported apps.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue cross-app premium access in the future. This may include changing which apps are supported, how syncing works, or which premium benefits are shared between apps.
We will try to avoid unfairly removing access that users have already paid for, but we reserve the right to make changes where needed for technical, legal, platform, business, security, or operational reasons.
ProAlarm may offer Monthly plan, Yearly plan, and Lifetime plan.
Monthly and Yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial where available. Lifetime purchases do not include a free trial.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s App Store subscription rules.
Prices, trial availability, subscription names, plan features, and premium benefits may change over time.
You are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
A Lifetime purchase means access to the eligible premium features of the App for as long as the App, service, and related premium infrastructure remain available and supported.
“Lifetime” does not mean:
your natural lifetime
lifetime access to every future app we create
lifetime access to every future feature
lifetime access if the App is discontinued
lifetime access if Apple, iOS, legal requirements, technical limitations, or business circumstances prevent continued operation
lifetime access after abuse, fraud, refund abuse, or violation of these Terms
We may add, change, remove, rename, redesign, or restructure features over time.
Family Sharing is not currently supported for ProAlarm premium access unless explicitly shown as supported by Apple or inside the App.
A purchase or subscription is intended for the Apple ID that made the purchase.
All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not process payments directly and do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made through Apple.
Apple’s official refund process is handled through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple says some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund, and users can request one through Apple’s Report a Problem flow.
ProAlarm may allow you to use QR codes and photos for certain missions.
Your QR codes and photos are stored in your own private iCloud storage. They are not uploaded to ProApps Solutions servers.
You are responsible for the content you choose to use in the App. You must not use content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
We do not publicly share your QR codes or photos.
ProAlarm may request camera access to scan QR codes, barcodes, or complete photo-based missions.
Camera access is used only for App functionality such as Scan Code and Take Photo missions.
You can manage camera permissions through iOS Settings.
ProAlarm uses local notifications for alarm-related and wake-check functionality.
The App does not currently send marketing notifications.
You can manage notification permissions through iOS Settings. If notifications are disabled, some App features may not work correctly.
ProAlarm may include power nap or sleep-related features.
These features are provided for convenience only. They are not medical, health, therapeutic, or professional advice.
You should not rely on ProAlarm to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition.
We may update, modify, remove, rename, redesign, limit, or discontinue any part of the App, including:
missions
sounds

wake checks
loud backup sound
power naps
premium benefits
subscription plans
pricing
user interface
cross-app access

We may do this for technical, legal, business, platform, security, performance, or user experience reasons.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or premium features if you:
violate these Terms
misuse the App
attempt to bypass payment or subscription systems
abuse restore or refund systems
interfere with App security
use the App unlawfully
cause harm to the App, our services, or other users
We may also discontinue the App or any service at any time.
