This Privacy Policy explains how ProApps Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use ProAlarm.

ProAlarm is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.
Currently:
We do not run ads.
We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell your data.
We do not collect precise location.
We do not currently use analytics.
We do not currently use crash reporting.
QR codes and photos used for missions are stored in your own private iCloud storage, not on ProApps Solutions servers.
RevenueCat is used for subscription management and may process subscription-related information.
Currently, ProApps Solutions does not store user accounts, alarm data, photos, QR codes, or subscription records on its own servers.
Some information may exist locally on your device or in your private iCloud storage, depending on App features and your iCloud settings.
ProAlarm may allow optional Sign in with Apple.
If you sign in, Apple may provide identity-related information depending on your Apple settings, such as an Apple user identifier, name, or email address.
This may be used to help sync subscription access across supported apps.
If you choose to stay anonymous, certain sync features may be limited.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlement status, restore purchases, and cross-app premium access.
RevenueCat may process information such as:
app user identifier
purchase history
subscription status
entitlement status
product identifiers
transaction-related information
name or email if provided through account/sign-in flows and passed for subscription management
device and app-related technical information needed for purchase validation
RevenueCat does not process your payment card information for us. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store.
RevenueCat’s own policies apply to data processed by RevenueCat.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly collect or store your payment card details, banking details, or App Store payment credentials.
Apple may provide purchase status or transaction-related information needed to unlock premium features.
ProAlarm may allow you to select or capture QR codes and photos for missions.
These files are stored in your own private iCloud storage. They are not uploaded to ProApps Solutions servers.
We do not view, access, sell, or share your QR codes or photos.
Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy practices.
ProAlarm may request camera permission for scanning QR codes, scanning barcodes, completing Scan Code missions, and completing Take Photo missions.
Camera access is used for App functionality only.
You can disable camera access through iOS Settings. Some missions may not work if camera permission is disabled.
ProAlarm uses local notifications for alarm-related features, reminders, and wake-check functionality.
We do not currently send marketing notifications.
Local notifications are generated on your device.
You can manage notification permissions through iOS Settings.
ProAlarm may use your private iCloud storage for storing mission-related files such as QR codes and photos.
This data is stored under your Apple ID and private iCloud account, not on ProApps Solutions servers.
We do not control Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
ProAlarm may work offline for many features.
However, internet access may be required for purchases, subscription validation, restoring purchases, syncing premium access, Sign in with Apple, and cross-app entitlement sync.
ProAlarm does not currently show ads.
ProAlarm does not currently track you across third-party apps or websites.
ProAlarm does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs.
ProAlarm does not currently use analytics or crash reporting tools.
If we add analytics or crash reporting in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as required.
ProAlarm does not collect precise location data.
ProAlarm is available for all ages, but it is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they can contact us at hello@sumitpandey.net.
Information processed through the App or third-party services may be used to provide App functionality, unlock premium features, validate purchases, restore subscriptions, sync premium access across supported apps, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and user experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only where necessary with Apple for App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, iCloud, and platform functionality; RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement syncing; legal authorities if required by law; and service providers if needed to operate the App in the future.
Data stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud storage remains under your control through your device and Apple ID.
RevenueCat may retain subscription-related data according to its own policies and legal requirements.
Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
You can use the App anonymously where supported, choose whether to sign in with Apple, manage camera permissions in iOS Settings, manage notification permissions in iOS Settings, delete local App data by deleting the App subject to iOS behavior, manage iCloud data through your Apple ID/iCloud settings, restore purchases through the App, cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings, and contact us for privacy questions.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled through the App.
However, no app, device, network, cloud service, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account secure.
ProApps Solutions is based in Gujarat, India.
By using ProAlarm, you understand that information may be processed in India, by Apple, by RevenueCat, or in other countries where relevant service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, website, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
