Occasionally, we will receive a request for written verification stating an individual has no California tax obligation and/or no filing requirement. These are commonly referred to as Individual status letters and may help a requester in the process of either obtaining a student loan or financing from the California Department of Veterans Affairs. These letters can also show lenders and other interested third parties that the individual has met their California income tax obligations.

An individual or business taxpayer may request and obtain a status letter through myconneCT or by submitting a paper request (TPG-169, Individual Income Tax Status Letter Request, or TPG-170, Business Taxes Status Letter Request).

If the man falls within one of the following categories, a status information letter from Selective Service is not required if he can provide a copy of supporting documentation proving his case to your satisfaction.

To receive some benefits, Veterans need a letter proving their status. Access and download your VA Benefit Summary Letter (sometimes called a VA award letter) and other benefit letters and documents online.

A single status letter states that you are not currently married to anyone in Washington state. Before you can get married in some countries, the country will require a document stating you are not currently married. You should contact the country where you will get married to find out if they require confirmation of single status.

The cost will depend on how many years we need to search for records to confirm that you have never been married or that you are divorced. A single status letter costs $25 for each ten-year range of records searched. A customer service representative will provide you with the total cost when you order the letter.

Step 2: Select a taxpayer from the list. If the taxpayer for whom you are requesting a certificate/letter is not listed, add the taxpayer to your assigned account list using their 11-digit taxpayer number and Webfile (XT) number.

If a collective garden refuses to provide you with a third party access code or tax status letter, you will need to contact LCB directly on this matter.

If liability for any other tax exists and reports have not been filed, the tax may be assessed at any time. The issuance of this letter does not fix, abate, modify, or cancel any liability or payment of money due or performance of an obligation to the State of Colorado.

Aircraft maintainers from the 755 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base recently achieved a feat rarely seen across the Air Force when one of their EC-130H Compass Call aircraft named Caesar received Black-Letter status for having zero discrepancies or inspections due following an inspection.

A Site Status Letter is issued to a party that did not cause or contribute to or knowingly exacerbate site contamination and can demonstrate that current levels of contaminants of concern at the brownfield substantially meet current cleanup criteria as established by IDEM. The potential cleanup liability of the party requesting the letter is not addressed. The Site Status Letter states that based on a technical analysis of information submitted to IDEM pertaining to site conditions, IDEM concludes that current site conditions do not present a threat to human health or the environment and that IDEM does not plan to take or require a response action at the brownfield site.
