Terms of Service:
The commissioner is allowed to use their piece for personal use only. If reposting, please give proper credit.
The artist (oyeu) reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason seen fit.
Refunds are available in full if requested by the artist (oyeu), or partial if the piece is not finished.
If finished, there will be no refund available.
All payments will be made through Paypal in USD only.
Payment must be paid in full before I will start the commission.
