Overview

HR's Role in an Organization is a series of papers that ask you to investigate and analyze the human resources department of a specific organization. Each week, you will look at different aspects of the selected HR department. The goal of these papers is to help you get a comprehensive and real-world understanding of an actual HR department.

It’s recommended that you use your current work organization or an organization where you were previously employed for the HR's Role in an Organization papers. Getting access to good information is essential, so choose your organization wisely.

1. Select the organization you will investigate and conduct your research on that organization.
2. Review the Paper 1 section of the HR’s Role Papers Guidelines.
3. Read the assignment rubric.
4. Write your paper, following the Paper 1 Guidelines.
