# プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy

Owla（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

Owla ("the App") is designed with user privacy as the top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App.

## 1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

### 1-1. 端末内にのみ保存されるデータ（サーバーに送信されません）

以下のデータは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには一切送信されません。

- **感情・気分データ**: 気分の記録、バランス値、覚醒度、メモ、タグ

- **体調データ**: 体調の記録

- **HealthKitデータ**: 歩数、睡眠、運動時間、消費カロリーなどのヘルスケアデータ（読み取り専用）

- **個人情報**: 年齢層、身長、体重、活動レベル、健康目標（任意入力）

### Data stored only on your device (never sent to servers)

The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to external servers:

- **Mood data**: Mood entries, valence, arousal, notes, and tags

- **Physical condition data**: Physical condition entries

- **HealthKit data**: Steps, sleep, exercise time, calories burned, etc. (read-only access)

- **Personal information**: Age group, height, weight, activity level, health goals (optional input)

### 1-2. 一時的に外部サービスに送信されるデータ

以下のデータは、特定の機能を提供するために一時的に外部サービスに送信されますが、サーバー側に永続的に保存されることはありません。

- **食事の写真・テキスト**: AI栄養分析のために、Google Cloud Functions および Cloudflare Workers 上のAPIに送信されます。分析完了後、サーバー側でデータは保持されません。

- **おおまかな位置情報**: 天気情報の取得のために、Open-Meteo API に緯度・経度が送信されます。ユーザーを特定する情報は含まれません。

### Data temporarily sent to external services

The following data is temporarily sent to external services to provide specific features, but is not permanently stored on servers:

- **Meal photos/text**: Sent to APIs on Google Cloud Functions and Cloudflare Workers for AI nutrition analysis. Data is not retained on servers after analysis.

- **Approximate location**: Latitude and longitude are sent to the Open-Meteo API to retrieve weather information. No personally identifiable information is included.

## 2. 外部サービスの利用 / External Services

### Firebase（Google）

- **Firebase Authentication**: 匿名認証のみを使用しています。メールアドレス、パスワード、氏名などの個人情報は一切収集しません。

- **Firebase Cloud Functions**: 食事画像のAI栄養分析に使用します。リクエストはステートレスで、分析後にデータは保持されません。

- **Firebase Analytics**: **無効化**されています。ユーザーの行動追跡は行いません。

### Firebase (Google)

- **Firebase Authentication**: Only anonymous authentication is used. No personal information such as email, password, or name is collected.

- **Firebase Cloud Functions**: Used for AI nutrition analysis of meal images. Requests are stateless and data is not retained after analysis.

- **Firebase Analytics**: **Disabled**. No user behavior tracking is performed.

### Cloudflare Workers

- 食事のテキスト・画像のAI栄養分析に使用します。データは分析処理のためのみに利用され、処理後にサーバー側に保存されません。

- Used for AI nutrition analysis of meal text/images. Data is used only for analysis processing and is not stored on servers after processing.

### Open-Meteo API

- 天気情報の取得に使用します。おおまかな位置情報（緯度・経度）のみを送信し、ユーザーを特定する情報は送信しません。APIキーは不要で、無料の天気データサービスです。

- Used to retrieve weather information. Only approximate location (latitude/longitude) is sent; no user-identifying information is transmitted. No API key is required; it is a free weather data service.

## 3. Apple HealthKit / Apple HealthKit

本アプリは、Apple HealthKitを使用して以下のヘルスケアデータを**読み取り専用**でアクセスします：

- 歩数

- 睡眠分析

- 運動時間（アクティブエネルギー、ワークアウト）

**重要**: HealthKitデータは端末内でのみ処理され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。HealthKitデータを広告やマーケティングに使用することはありません。HealthKitデータを第三者に提供・販売することはありません。

The App uses Apple HealthKit to access the following health data in **read-only** mode:

- Step count

- Sleep analysis

- Exercise time (active energy, workouts)

**Important**: HealthKit data is processed only on the device and is never sent to external servers. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing. HealthKit data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

## 4. 位置情報 / Location Information

本アプリは、天気情報を取得するためにおおまかな位置情報を使用します。位置情報はアプリ使用中のみ取得され、バックグラウンドでの位置追跡は行いません。取得した位置情報は天気データの取得のみに使用され、ユーザーの行動追跡には使用しません。

The App uses approximate location to retrieve weather information. Location is accessed only while the app is in use; no background location tracking is performed. Location data is used solely for weather data retrieval and is not used for user behavior tracking.

## 5. カメラ・フォトライブラリ / Camera & Photo Library

本アプリは、食事の写真を撮影・選択するためにカメラおよびフォトライブラリへのアクセスを使用します。撮影・選択された写真はAI栄養分析のために一時的に外部サービスに送信されますが、分析完了後にサーバー側で保持されることはありません。

The App uses camera and photo library access to capture or select meal photos. Photos taken/selected are temporarily sent to external services for AI nutrition analysis, but are not retained on servers after analysis is complete.

## 6. トラッキング / Tracking

本アプリは、ユーザーを他のアプリやウェブサイトにわたって追跡することはありません。広告識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。第三者のトラッキングSDKは一切組み込まれていません。

The App does not track users across other apps or websites. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. No third-party tracking SDKs are integrated.

## 7. データの削除 / Data Deletion

ユーザーは、アプリ内の「設定」>「全データ削除」からすべてのデータを削除することができます。削除されるデータには、感情記録、食事記録、体調記録、ヘルスケア記録、天気記録、ユーザープロフィール情報が含まれます。削除は即時に実行され、復元することはできません。

Users can delete all data from "Settings" > "Delete All Data" within the app. Deleted data includes mood entries, meal records, physical condition entries, health records, weather records, and user profile information. Deletion is performed immediately and cannot be undone.

## 8. 子どものプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。本アプリは匿名認証のみを使用し、個人を特定する情報を収集しないため、すべての年齢のユーザーが安全にご利用いただけます。

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App uses only anonymous authentication and does not collect personally identifiable information, users of all ages can use it safely.

## 9. セキュリティ / Security

本アプリは、ユーザーデータの保護のために以下の措置を講じています：

- すべてのデータは端末内のCore Dataに暗号化して保存されます

- 外部サービスとの通信はすべてHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されます

- 機密性の高い設定情報はKeychainに保存されます

The App takes the following measures to protect user data:

- All data is stored encrypted in Core Data on the device

- All communications with external services are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS)

- Sensitive configuration information is stored in the Keychain

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the app.
