Ovix End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ovix, you agree to this EULA. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ovix under these terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree:

• To be at least 18 years old.

• Not to post prohibited UGC (see Section 5 of Privacy Policy).

• Not to harass, impersonate, or harm others.

• Not to reverse-engineer or misuse the app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Ovix has zero tolerance for:

• Illegal Content: Drugs, violence, terrorism, fraud.

• NSFW Material: Pornography, explicit sexual content.

• Hate Speech: Racism, sexism, political/religious discrimination.

• Spam/Scams: Misleading or deceptive posts.

Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access for violations without notice.

6. Disclaimers

• Ovix is provided "as is." We do not guarantee error-free operation.

• We are not liable for damages from app use.

• We do not endorse UGC and moderate at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
