Oveys Delafrooz Ph.D. Student in Elecetrical Engineering University of California, Santa Barbara
About Me
I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a member of the Wireless Communication and Sensornets Lab (WCSL), where I work under supervision of Professor Madhow.
My research focuses on scalable signal processing algorithms and system architectures for next-generation wireless communication and sensing, including massive MIMO, mmWave communications, and radar. I am also interested in applications of machine learning and deep learning in wireless communication, as well as leveraging communication-theoretic insights to improve artificial intelligence models.
