This Privacy Policy explains how Overseer Services ("the Service", "we", "us") handles your data when you use the Service or purchase a premium subscription through Discord. You can reach the developer via our Discord server: https://discord.gg/overseerasa.
The Service collects only the minimum needed to manage your subscription: your Discord User ID and Server (Guild) ID, your subscription dates (such as creation and renewal), and the entitlement information Discord provides about your premium status. All purchases are made through Discord, so we never receive or store any payment or card details. We do not collect message content beyond what is needed to respond to commands, and we do not build user profiles or use your data for marketing.
We use it only to provide and manage your premium subscription, verify your access to premium features, respond to support requests, and keep the Service secure and working as intended.
If you are in the EU/EEA, we process your data to perform the subscription you entered into (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)), and to meet any legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. The Service runs on Discord, so Discord necessarily processes your interactions and handles all payments under its own Privacy Policy. We may also disclose data where required by law.
We keep this data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymize it. Purchase records are kept and handled by Discord.
We apply appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, and limit access to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are in the EU/EEA (and in many other regions), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact the developer via our Discord server. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Service is not directed at children. You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord under its Terms of Service and any applicable law in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service
By using Overseer Services ("the Service") or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must meet the minimum age required to use Discord under its Terms of Service and any applicable law in your country.
Overseer subscription will give you access to all bot commands. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Prices are set by us and shown at the point of purchase.
All payments, billing, and renewals are processed by Discord under Discord's own terms; we never process payments ourselves.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Discord. Cancellation stops future renewals; by itself it does not refund the current period.
Because purchases are made through Discord, refunds are handled by Discord in accordance with Discord's refund policy. Please direct any refund requests to Discord.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's rules, to bypass payment or share or resell premium access without authorization, to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the Service, or to use it to harass others or distribute harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
All rights in the Service and its content are owned by us, the developer of Overseer Services. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
