To receive updates, you must stay in the main WhatsApp group after placing your order. Leaving the group will automatically cancel your order.

The WhatsApp group(s) notify you when:

📍 Collection times and locations are confirmed

Pricing

Prices will be displayed on the Order Form.

• Raw honey jars (R140/ 1kg)

• Class 2 cherry boxes (R250/ 2kg)

• Class 2 cherry punnets (R70/ 0.5kg)

How to Order

Step 1: Place Your Order

Order Deadline:

🕒 Wednesdays at 14:00 (for same-week collection)

Step 2: Choose Payment Method

You can pay:

• Cash on collection

• Debit/credit card on collection (preferred)

Step 3: Stay Updated

Join the WhatsApp group to receive collection info.

Please ensure your contact details are correct — we cannot reach you otherwise.

Collection Area Groups:

For orders in specific areas, you’ll need to join an additional WhatsApp group for your collection point:

• Stanford

• Gansbaai

• Baardskeerdersbos

• Bredasdorp

• Hermanus will receive updates on G1 Overberg Cherries group

• For Caledon - kindly contact Anna-Marie Rademan at 0723054679 to place your order.

Step 4: Collect Your Cherries

Collection points (times announced weekly in WhatsApp):

• Hermanus: 94 Jan van Riebeek Crescent, Sandbaai (Thursday late afternoon)

• Stanford: Parking area at Overberg Agri (Friday morning)

• Gansbaai: Corner of 8 Strand Street (Friday late morning)

• Baardskeerdersbos: Parking area at Shop (Friday lunchtime)

• Bredasdorp: 10 South Street (Friday afternoon)

Recap of the Ordering Process

1. Join the Main WhatsApp Group

You must be a member of the G1 Overberg Cherries group to place an order.

Leaving the group after ordering will result in your order being cancelled.

2. Placing Orders

Orders close every Wednesday at 14:00 for that week’s collection.

Use the Order Form to submit your order.

For special or repeat orders, contact an admin via WhatsApp.

3. Payment Options

Payment is made on collection.

We accept cash or debit/credit card (credit card preferred).

4. Stay Updated

All collection dates and times are shared in the WhatsApp groups.

Please ensure your contact details are correct.

5. Collection Points

Weekly collections are available in:

Hermanus • Stanford • Gansbaai • Baardskeerdersbos • Bredasdorp

(Specific times are announced in each area’s WhatsApp group.)

6. Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected within the allocated timeslots may be reallocated.
