Privacy Policy — Outlier: The Spy Game

Effective date: January 12, 2026

HorizonLabs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built Outlier: The Spy Game (the “App”) as an entertainment game. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

The App does not require accounts, login, sign-up, or passwords. We do not ask you to submit personal information like your name, phone number, or address.

B) Information collected automatically (via ads)

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads. Ad providers (like Google) may automatically collect certain information to deliver and measure ads, such as:

• Advertising ID (a user-resettable device identifier used for advertising)

• Device information (model, operating system version, language)

• Approximate location (often derived from IP address)

• IP address (commonly used for network delivery, fraud prevention, and approximate location)

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, basic analytics)

• Diagnostics (such as crash/performance data)

We don’t directly “see” everything the ad network collects. The ad network processes data under its own privacy terms.

2) How We Use Information

Because the App mainly uses third-party ads, information is typically used to:

• Show and measure ads (for example, to prevent fraud and track performance)

• Maintain and improve stability (crash/performance diagnostics)

• Comply with legal obligations

3) Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only through the ad services integrated into the App (e.g., AdMob), since ads require certain data to function (like ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention).

For more information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.

4) Ads, Personalization, and Your Choices

You may have options on your device to reduce ad personalization, such as:

• Resetting your Advertising ID

• Limiting ad personalization / ad tracking (wording depends on Android version)

5) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not target children as its primary audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at horizonlabs01@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.

6) Data Retention

We do not store user accounts or profiles. Any data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. We keep any minimal technical information we might receive (like an email you send us) only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business purposes.

7) Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the App and any information handled. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” at the top when changes are made.
