Outlaw’s Fortune (“the Game”) is provided by TheTrinket. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.
Application package: com.outlawsfortune.gam
Game progress, inventory, settings, and other save information are stored locally on your device. We do not operate player accounts or cloud storage for this information.
Local game data can be removed by clearing the Game’s application data or uninstalling the Game.
The Game contains optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Players may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game reward. Advertisement availability is not guaranteed, and players can continue playing without watching advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share:
Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
Game and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views.
Diagnostic information, including application and SDK performance information.
Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID where available.
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Where required, the Game uses Google’s consent system to request advertising and privacy choices before advertisements are loaded.
Users can change eligible advertising consent choices through the Game’s Settings screen when that option is available. Android users can also reset or delete their Advertising ID through their device’s privacy and advertising settings.
The Game may request permission to send notifications when a hunt or activity has finished. Completion notifications are optional and can be disabled through the Game’s Settings screen or Android system settings.
The Game does not use notifications for promotional advertising.
Selecting “Report a Bug” opens the device’s email application. The prepared message may include the device model and operating-system version. No message is sent unless the user chooses to send it.
If a user contacts us, we may receive their email address and any information they include. This information is used only to provide support, investigate problems, and improve the Game. Support messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Game.
Outlaw’s Fortune is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Players can:
Delete local game data by clearing application data or uninstalling the Game.
Disable notifications through the Game or Android settings.
Reset or delete their Advertising ID through Android settings.
Change eligible advertising consent choices through the Game when available.
Request deletion of information sent directly to us through a support or bug-report email.
Google-controlled advertising information is handled according to Google’s privacy policy and account or device privacy controls.
We may update this policy when the Game, included services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
