Our Ode To You is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that hosts musical and artistic workshops in memory care facilities, led by young people. Our volunteer-run workshops facilitate music, art, writing, singing, dancing, and other creative activities tailored to the seniors’ interests. It's Our Ode To Them.

What do you do as a volunteer?

You'd be hosting a workshop for a memory care facility, half of it is art (canvases and paints are supplied), and half of it is music/entertainment (one of the volunteers can entertain the audience (sing alongs, playing musical instruments, putting on a theatre performance, etc.)
It usually takes 1 hr! You get 3 hours of community service.

You CAN host a one-time workshop! You will be provided with art supplies and small instruments (ukeleles, handheld drums, etc.) in case you need anything.

Yes! It takes a lot of patience and empathy to work with memory care folk, so you will be rewarded!
1 OOTY hour = 3 service hours
