S = Scripture - Pick a sentence or paragraph that speak to you from that day's readings.
O = Observation - Write what you observe or think about in the selected passage.
A = Application - Write how you can apply that passage to your life.
P = Prayer - Write a prayer asking for God's help in applying that passage to your life.
