Community Hubs

About

The Open University Cisco ASC believes in community and recognises that within our community are other community leaders. All communities of practice have sub-communities with natural academic, professional or geographic alliances. Rather than have a one model fits all mentality, the OUASC will engage in the development and support of any sensible community ideal.

How can you become a hub?

Come to us with an opportunity and an expectation that you can reach and lead a community within your sphere of influence. We are looking for centres that are inspired by how they may help reach others in the delivery of vocational computing. We fully support groups that create feeder routes (such as academy chains) or seek to assure a better ofsted status.

At the OUASC, we are open to new ideas. If your suggestion makes sense and aligns with the broad mission of the Open University. We are very open to meeting and hearing what you can create with our support.
