The purpose of Parents Club is to facilitate parent support of daughters in Kappa Kappa Gamma at the University of Oklahoma. This group is for parents of active members of KKG who have joined parents club and paid yearly dues. We also share information about upcoming events, house activities and other details relevant to KKG.

WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER AS PART OF THE KKG FAMILY! THE COMING YEARS WITH KAPPA ARE GOING TO BE SOME OF THE MOST EXCITING AND MEANINGFUL TIMES IN YOUR DAUGHTER’S LIFE. WE WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION THAT WILL HELP YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER DURING HER TIME IN SORORITY LIFE.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO BE IN THE PARENT CLUB
AND HOW CAN I HELP?
We would love to have you join the KKG Parent Club today. Membership is $100 per year ($50 for seniors) and goes towards providing occasional meals and snacks as well as senior gifts, an annual gift to the house and lots of other fun things for the girls throughout the year. While Venmo payment is preferred, credit card or check payments are available on Bid Day. An online payment can be made by clicking the Venmo link below or button at the bottom of the site to pay!

Please note that in order to receive advanced notice emails about events hosted by the KKG Parent Club, you must sign up for a membership. If paying by check, it should be made payable to: OU KKG Parent Group and mailed to: Elizabeth Greenhaw at 3112 Marigold Trail, Norman, OK 73072.
Will I have to attend lots of meetings to be involved? No worries, we are all busy! The idea is to have lots of parents involved so that nothing becomes a burden to anyone. We would like those that are interested in helping plan the events to be on our Parent Club Committee. Most of our communication will be through emails and we can work around anyone’s schedule or location so don’t hesitate to sign-up today! WHAT EVENTS DOES KKG PARENT CLUB HELP WITH?
Dad’s Weekend: In September, Parents Club will sponsor an activity on Dad’s Weekend. This will be a fun event for parents and their daughters. Dad's Weekend events are centered around the football game but typically take place on Friday night & Saturday before the game.
Mom’s Weekend: In April, Parents Club will sponsor an activity on Mom’s Weekend. This will be a fun event for parents and their daughters. Saturday morning plan to spend some with your daughter at the Kappa House. Past Mom’s Weekends included yoga on the Kappa Lawn along with pop up shops inside the house and a coffee or smoothie bowl food truck out front of the house.
Dead Week and Evening Snacks: Parent Club provides a meal and snacks during “Dead Week” leading up to finals in both the fall and spring semesters. It’s a chance to give them a little bit of home while encouraging them in their studies. Snacks and meals are usually available from 8pm-midnight. This can include something like a Bagel Bar with OJ and coffee or a late night delivery from Chik-fil-A. The house mom, Rose, and kitchen staff also provide snacks and late night treats throughout the week.
Work Week and Rush Week: Parent Club donates funds for goodie bags, food and treats for the girls during long days of preparing for and hosting during recruitment.
