INVENTORY & FIXED ASSET ACCOUNACCOUNTANT

I. JOB PURPOSE
Senior Regulatory, Compliance & Calibration Officer to oversee compliance with regulatory standards, manage documentation systems, ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL certification requirements, and maintain calibration programs for equipment. This role is vital in upholding product integrity, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
II. MAIN DUTIES
Creating new item code
Inventory Reconciliation
Do inventory revaluation if any
Do inventory provision if any
Doing Stock taking quarterly for all factory WH
Doing Stock taking twice a year for Fixed asset
Creating fixed asset code
AP for Fixed asset
Labeling FA code with corresponding machinery
Filing fixed asset card
AP trade – related to WH items
Booking AP landed cost
On behalf of Finance to receive and check payment request from Factory and transfer to head office for booking and payment
Following up Tool and Equipment in factory
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Female < 30 years old
College/University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory accounting and/or fixed asset accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of accounting principles and relevant regulations
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is preferred)
Careful, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience with SAP is an advantage (preferably SAP B1)
English: Basic (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer skills: Basix (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working time: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Good health; ability to work independently and as part of a team
IV. BENEFITS
Salary: Gross salary + allowance of 250,000 VND/month (fuel & 3G)
(Excluding overtime and night shift allowances)
Monthly bonus according to Company policy; annual salary review in March
