Privacy Policy

Google requires a hosted link for a Privacy Policy if you use personal data. You can use this template to create a simple page (on a site like GitHub Pages or a simple Google Doc set to "Anyone with the link can view"):

Privacy Policy for Otp cliper

1. Data Collection: Otp cliper accesses your Gmail messages specifically to identify and extract One-Time Passwords (OTPs). This data is accessed using the Gmail API via Google OAuth2 authentication.

2. Data Usage: The retrieved OTP is displayed only within the extension's local popup. We do not store your emails or OTPs on any external servers. Firebase is used solely for secure user authentication.

3. Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or email content with third parties. Data is only used to provide the core functionality of the extension.

4. User Control: You can revoke the extension's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.
