「おとカード」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、開発者（以下「当方」といいます）が提供する、音符と音を見て・聴いて学ぶための学習アプリです。本アプリをご利用いただく幼児から小学生のお子様、および保護者の皆様に安心してお使いいただけるよう、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリは、幼児・小学生のお子様にもご利用いただくことを想定して設計されています。当方は、お子様のプライバシーを保護することを最優先事項とし、本アプリの利用にあたって氏名・住所・メールアドレス・生年月日・写真・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報を、サーバーに収集・送信することは一切行いません。

本アプリの主な機能（がくふカード、おとカード、ピアノであそぶ、おとクイズ）は、すべて端末（iPad・iPhone）内で完結する仕組みで動作しており、外部のサーバーと通信して個人データをやり取りすることはありません。

2. 収集する情報および収集しない情報

2.1 当方が収集しない情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を収集しません。

• 氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの連絡先情報

• 生年月日、年齢などの属性情報

• 位置情報

• 写真、動画、連絡先などの端末内データへのアクセス

• 健康・医療に関する情報

• 広告のための識別子（IDFA等）を用いたトラッキング

本アプリでは、行動ターゲティング広告を含む広告の配信自体を行っておりません。また、第三者が提供する広告SDK・解析（アナリティクス）SDKは一切組み込んでいません。

2.2 端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリの利用体験を良くするため、以下の情報がお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらの情報が当方や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

• 文字の大きさ、読み上げのON/OFF、読み上げの速さ、効果音の音量など、設定画面で選択した内容

• おとクイズで選んだ出題モード・問題数・選択肢の数といった、直前に使用した設定内容

• ピアノの録音機能で保存した音声ファイル、および現在選択している楽器の情報

これらの情報は本アプリを削除すると同時に端末から消去されます。

3. 音声読み上げ機能について

本アプリは、画面に表示される文言（音の名前やクイズの結果メッセージなど）を読み上げる機能を備えています。この読み上げには、Appleの iOS/iPadOS に標準搭載されている音声合成機能（AVSpeechSynthesizer）を使用しており、読み上げのためにお子様の声や発話内容を録音・送信することはありません。読み上げはすべて端末内の処理で完結します。

4. 音の再生・録音について

本アプリでは、ピアノなどの音を再生するために、端末内にあらかじめ用意された音源データ（アプリに同梱したSoundFont、およびiOS/iPadOS標準の音源）を使用しています。これは端末内の処理で完結する仕組みであり、外部から音声データをダウンロードするものではありません。

「ピアノであそぶ」機能には、演奏した音をその場で録音・再生できる機能があります。録音した音声データは、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、当方または第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。録音データは、本アプリの削除、または利用者ご自身の操作（新しい録音での上書き）により消去されます。

5. アプリ内課金（プレミアム機能解放）について

本アプリの基本的な機能（がくふカード、おとカード、ピアノであそぶ、おとクイズ）はすべて無料でご利用いただけます。本アプリには、追加の演奏体験（複数の楽器の音色、ピアノの録音枠の追加）を解放するための任意のアプリ内課金「プレミアム機能解放」を設けています。これは一度お支払いいただくと、以後継続してご利用いただける買い切り型の課金です。

お支払いは、Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。当方は、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得することはなく、これらの情報は Apple により管理されます。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

お子様が保護者の同意なく購入操作を完了できないよう、購入画面に進む前に、簡単な計算問題に正しく答えていただく「保護者向けの確認画面」を表示する仕組みを設けています。この確認画面を通過しない限り、実際の購入手続きには進めません。

6. 第三者への情報提供

当方は、本アプリの利用を通じて取得した情報を、第三者に提供・共有・販売することはありません。

7. 子どものプライバシーについて

本アプリは幼児・小学生を含む子どもたちにご利用いただくことを想定して設計されていますが、前述のとおり氏名・連絡先等の個人情報を収集する機能自体を持っていません。そのため、お子様が本アプリを利用するにあたり、保護者の方から個別に個人情報のご提供をいただく必要はありません。

また、本アプリでは、アプリ内課金や外部サイトへの移動など、保護者の判断が必要と考えられる操作を行う前に、必ず前述の「保護者向けの確認画面」を表示します。これにより、お子様だけの操作でこれらの手続きが完了してしまうことを防いでいます。

万が一、本ポリシーに反して意図せずお子様の個人情報を取得してしまったことが判明した場合、当方は速やかに当該情報を削除するための措置を講じます。保護者の方が本アプリの利用に関してお子様の情報の取り扱いについてお気づきの点がございましたら、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。

8. 外部サイトへのリンクについて

本アプリの設定画面には、本ポリシーを表示するためのリンク、および「ご意見・ご要望」を当方までお送りいただくためのフォーム（外部サービスであるGoogleフォーム）へのリンクを設けています。これら以外に、広告や外部サービスへ遷移するリンクは設けていません。

いずれのリンクも、前述の「保護者向けの確認画面」を経由してからでなければ開くことができない仕組みになっており、お子様が意図せず外部サイトへ移動することのないよう配慮しています。

9. データの安全管理

本アプリは個人情報をサーバーに収集・保存する仕組みを持たないため、外部への情報漏えいのリスクを構造的に低減しています。端末内に保存される設定情報・録音データについても、iOS/iPadOSの標準的なセキュリティ機構の範囲内で保護されます。

10. 本ポリシーの変更について

当方は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加などに応じて、本ポリシーの内容を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内または本ポリシーの掲載ページ上でお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

"Sound Cards" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is a learning app provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Us") designed to help users learn by seeing and hearing musical notes. To ensure that toddlers, elementary school students, and their parents or guardians can use the App safely and with peace of mind, we have established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of information within the App.

1. Basic Policy The App is designed with toddlers and elementary school children in mind. Our top priority is protecting children's privacy. We do not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information—such as names, addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, photos, or location data—to any external servers. All primary features of the App (Sheet Music Cards, Sound Cards, Play Piano, and Sound Quiz) operate entirely on your device (iPad/iPhone) and do not communicate with external servers to exchange personal data.

2. Information Collected and Not Collected 2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect The App does not collect the following information:

• Contact information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

• Demographic information such as dates of birth or age.

• Location data.

• Access to on-device data such as photos, videos, or contacts.

• Health or medical information.

• Tracking data using advertising identifiers (such as IDFA). The App does not serve targeted ads or any other advertisements. Furthermore, we do not include any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2.2 Information Saved ONLY on the Device To improve your experience, the following information is saved solely on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers:

• Settings chosen on the settings screen (e.g., text size, read-aloud ON/OFF, read-aloud speed, sound effect volume).

• Your most recently used settings in the Sound Quiz (e.g., quiz mode, number of questions, number of choices).

• Audio files recorded in the piano feature and currently selected instrument information. All of this information is permanently erased from your device when you delete the App.

3. Voice Read-Aloud Feature The App includes a feature that reads aloud on-screen text (such as note names and quiz results). This feature uses the standard speech synthesis technology (AVSpeechSynthesizer) built into Apple's iOS/iPadOS. We do not record or transmit your child's voice or speech for this feature. All speech processing is completed entirely on the device.

4. Sound Playback and Recording To play sounds such as the piano, the App uses pre-installed audio data (bundled SoundFonts and standard iOS/iPadOS sound sources). This process runs entirely on the device and does not download audio data from the internet. The "Play Piano" mode includes a feature to record and play back your performances on the spot. These recorded audio files are saved only on your device and are never sent to our servers or third-party servers. Recordings are permanently erased when the App is deleted or when you manually overwrite them with a new recording.

5. In-App Purchases (Premium Features) All basic features of the App (Sheet Music Cards, Sound Cards, Play Piano, and Sound Quiz) are completely free to use. The App offers optional in-app purchases ("Premium Features") to unlock additional musical experiences, such as more instrument sounds and extra recording slots. This is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to these features. Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not directly collect or have access to payment information such as credit card numbers; this information is managed solely by Apple. For more details, please review Apple's Privacy Policy. To prevent children from making unauthorized purchases, we have implemented a "Parental Gate." Before accessing the purchase screen, a simple math problem must be answered correctly. The purchase process cannot proceed unless this screen is passed.

6. Provision of Information to Third Parties We do not provide, share, or sell any information obtained through the use of the App to any third parties.

7. Children's Privacy While the App is designed for children, including toddlers and elementary school students, it does not possess the functionality to collect personal information such as names or contact details. Therefore, parents or guardians are not required to provide any personal information for their children to use the App. Additionally, before any action that requires parental judgment—such as accessing in-app purchases or external links—the App always displays the aforementioned "Parental Gate." This ensures that children cannot complete these actions on their own. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected a child's personal information in violation of this Policy, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If parents or guardians have any concerns regarding how their child's information is handled, please contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.

8. External Links The App's settings screen contains a link to view this Privacy Policy and a link to a feedback form (using an external service, Google Forms) so you can send us your questions and requests. There are no other links to advertisements or external services. All links are protected by the "Parental Gate" and cannot be opened without passing it, ensuring that children do not accidentally navigate to external websites.

9. Data Security Management Because the App does not collect or store personal information on any servers, the structural risk of data leaks is significantly minimized. The settings and recording data saved locally on your device are protected within the scope of standard iOS/iPadOS security mechanisms.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy We may update this Policy in response to legal changes or the addition of new App features. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App or on the page where this Policy is hosted. The updated Policy will become effective the moment it is posted.
