OTO Sound Labは日常の音を録音・加工して演奏するアプリです。
・マイクへのアクセスは、ユーザーが素材の録音を開始したときに利用します。マイクの許可はデバイスの設定から変更できます。パッドの演奏録音は内部音声を収録し、マイクは使用しません。
・録音音声、読み込んだ音声、エフェクト、パッドとキットの設定、演奏録音はアプリのローカル領域に保存します。OTO Sound Lab独自のサーバーには送信しません。OSのバックアップ設定によってバックアップされる場合があります。
・書き出し・共有はユーザーの操作で行います。共有先に渡したファイルの扱いは、そのサービスのポリシーによります。
・買い切りのアプリ内購入はAppleが処理します。OTO Sound LabはStoreKitを通じて署名を検証した購入情報と取り消し状態を参照し、Pro機能の利用可否を判断します。OTO Sound Labはクレジットカード番号を取得しません。Appleのデータの扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
・現在のバージョンには、独自の広告SDK、アクセス解析SDK、ユーザーアカウント登録機能はありません。
・サウンドを一覧から削除するとパッドの関連付けも解除します。復旧のため原音ファイルがアプリ内に残る場合があります。端末上のアプリデータを完全に削除する場合は、iOSの設定からアプリを削除してください。既に共有したファイルやOSのバックアップは別途管理してください。
・購入の返金・取り消しによって保存済みの録音やキットを削除することはありません。
・お問い合わせフォームでは、お名前、返信先メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容を受け取ります。これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの返信、不具合の調査、サポート対応のために利用します。フォームはGoogleフォームを利用しており、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）が適用されます。パスワードや決済情報などの機密情報は送信しないでください。お問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合も、このフォームからご連絡ください。

OTO Sound Lab records, processes and plays everyday sounds.
・Microphone access is used when you start recording a sound. You can change microphone permission in device Settings. Pad performance recording captures the internal audio mix without using the microphone.
・Recordings, imported audio, effects, pad and kit settings, and performances are stored locally in the app. OTO Sound Lab does not upload them to its own server. Operating-system backups may include this data depending on your settings.
・Exporting and sharing occur at your request. The destination service's policies govern files you share with it.
・Apple processes one-time in-app purchases. OTO Sound Lab uses StoreKit-verified transaction information and revocation status to determine Pro access. OTO Sound Lab does not receive credit card numbers. See Apple's privacy policy for Apple's handling of data.
・This version contains no independent advertising SDK, analytics SDK or user-account registration.
・Removing a sound from the library also clears its pad assignments. Original audio files may be retained in the app for recovery. To remove all local app data, delete the app through iOS Settings. Manage previously shared files and operating-system backups separately.
・Refunding or revoking a purchase does not delete saved recordings or kits.
・Our contact form collects your name, reply email address and message. We use this information to respond to inquiries, investigate issues and provide support. The form is hosted by Google Forms and Google’s privacy policy applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. You may also use this form to request deletion of your inquiry information.
