1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Otherworlds.Ai and making in-app purchases, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app or make in-app purchases.

2. In-App Purchases

2.1. Subscription Plans

Otherworlds.Ai offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Subscription: $12.00

• Yearly Subscription: $55.00

2.2. Payment

• Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your designated payment method at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your app store account settings.

2.3. Augmented Reality Features

Otherworlds.Ai includes augmented reality features that enhance the user experience. These features are provided for entertainment and utility purposes only and may not be available in all geographic locations.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Refunds

• Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the policies of your app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

• We reserve the right to grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

3.2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid automatic renewal.

4. Privacy and Data

4.1. Permissions

• Otherworlds.Ai may request access to your device’s camera, location, and other permissions necessary for augmented reality features. Your consent to these permissions is required to use the app’s full functionality.

4.2. Data Collection

• We may collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app and its features at our discretion, without notice, for any breach of these terms or for any other reason.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
