In this project, I used the data of The Oscar Award, 1927 - 2020, and Movie Database (IMDB Alternative) to make visualizations of Oscar winners of 2011-2020 sorted by the number of Oscars and the IMDB rating. Those two variables both could give a movie certain qualification, and therefore the visualizations I created can provide the overall ranking of these films won the Oscar.

All awards related to films were included, which were ACTOR IN A LEADING ROLE, ACTOR IN A SUPPORTING ROLE, ACTRESS IN A LEADING ROLE, ACTRESS IN A SUPPORTING ROLE, ANIMATED FEATURE FILM, ART DIRECTION, CINEMATOGRAPHY, COSTUME DESIGN, DIRECTING, DOCUMENTARY (Feature), DOCUMENTARY (Short Subject), FILM EDITING, FOREIGN LANGUAGE FILM, MAKEUP, MUSIC (Original Score), MUSIC (Original Song), BEST PICTURE, SHORT FILM (Animated), SHORT FILM (Live Action), SOUND EDITING, SOUND MIXING, VISUAL EFFECTS, WRITING (Adapted Screenplay), and WRITING (Original Screenplay).
