Kullion Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Orynto. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information We Collect
Orynto does not require an account and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera recordings, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers.
The app does not contain advertising, analytics services, social-media tracking, or developer-operated tracking technologies.
Information Stored on Your Device
Orynto stores the following information locally on your device:
• Selected language
• Animation preference
• Game progress and local high scores
• Number of free preview rounds completed
• Full-version and expansion entitlement status
This information is used exclusively to provide game functionality, preserve settings, enforce the free-preview limit, and restore your progress between sessions.
Local app preferences may be included in Android cloud backups or transferred to another device, depending on your Android and Google account backup settings.
In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing
Orynto offers two permanent in-app purchases:
• Orynto Full Version
• Orynto Phase Relay
Purchases are processed exclusively by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details, bank information, billing address, or Google account password.
The app receives purchase status and purchase-token information from Google Play only as required to verify, acknowledge, restore, and provide access to purchased content. Orynto does not transmit purchase tokens to a developer-operated server.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
Google Play processes purchase and service information independently under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
Internet Access
The app uses a connection to Google Play solely to retrieve product information, display localized prices, process purchases, acknowledge completed purchases, and restore existing purchases.
The core game itself does not require an online account.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Android backups may remain subject to your Google account and device backup settings.
Purchase records are managed by Google Play. Permanent purchase entitlements may be restored after reinstalling the app when the same eligible Google account is used.
You can delete locally stored Orynto data through your device settings:
Settings → Apps → Orynto → Storage → Clear data
Children’s Privacy
Orynto does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not include advertising, communication features, user accounts, public profiles, or user-generated content.
Security
Orynto minimizes data processing by storing game preferences locally and using Google Play’s official billing system for purchases. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s functionality or legal requirements change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
