1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Origin AI: Silent Defense ("the App"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any
part of these terms, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your
personal iOS device(s). This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may:
• Download and install the App on your iOS devices
• Use the App on all devices linked to your Apple ID
• Make a single backup copy for archival purposes
• Use the App for personal productivity and privacy management
You may NOT:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or adapt the App code
• Rent, lease, or lend the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
• Share your license with other users (licensing is per-user)

3. PURCHASED LICENSE & PAYMENT
3.1 One-Time Purchase Model
Silent Defense is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.
You pay once and own the license for that version indefinitely.
3.2 Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency as set by Apple's App Store.
Taxes are included where applicable by Apple.
3.3 App Store Terms Apply
All purchases are governed by Apple's Standard EULA. However, these Terms
provide additional restrictions specific to Silent Defense's functionality.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. If you believe you've been
charged in error, contact Apple directly through the App Store.
3.5 No Refunds for Accidental Deletion
If you accidentally delete photos using Silent Defense's cleaner, we cannot
restore them. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Always review items
before deletion.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not use the App on jailbroken devices (functionality not guaranteed)
• Not use the App to harm, harass, or defame others
• Not use the App in ways that could overload our servers (not applicable—offline app)
• Accept full responsibility for data you choose to delete
• Keep your iOS device and Apple ID secure
• Not attempt to resell or transfer your license

5. NO WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 "As-Is" Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 We Don't Guarantee:
• That the App will be error-free
• That blocking rules will catch all trackers and ads
• That the photo cleaner will identify all duplicates or large files
• That video playback controls will work with all video formats
• Compatibility with all future iOS updates
• That the App will resolve on older, unsupported devices
5.3 Data Loss Protection
While we recommend always backing up your photos, Silent Defense permanently
deletes files from your device. We are NOT responsible for any data loss
resulting from using the App's cleaner function. You use the deletion feature
at your own risk.
5.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the
amount you paid for the App (one-time purchase price).

6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Origin AI, Web Allies Technology,
and its developers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities
arising from:
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your deletion of photos or data
• Your configuration of blocking rules

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 Ownership
All content, features, functionality, and design of the App, including but not
limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and
digital downloads, are the exclusive property of Origin AI and Web Allies
Technology or its licensors.
7.2 Pixel Art Design
The distinctive pixel-art aesthetic, interface design, and UI elements are
original creative works. You may not reproduce, adapt, or commercialize these
designs without permission.
7.3 Your Content
You retain all rights to your photos and personal data. By using the App, you
do not grant us any rights to your photos—we never access, store, or process
them outside your device.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
8.1 Apple Integration
The App integrates with Apple's native APIs (Safari Extensions, PhotoKit).
Apple's terms and policies apply to these integrations. We are not responsible
for changes to Apple's APIs or iOS features.
8.2 Blocking Lists & Databases
We use third-party open-source blocking and filtering databases (with proper
licensing). These databases are provided "as-is" and we are not liable for
their accuracy or completeness.

9. CONTENT BLOCKING & SAFARI EXTENSION
9.1 How Blocking Works
Silent Defense provides two methods of blocking:
• Content Blocker: Uses Apple's native Content Blocking API
• Web Extension: Provides enhanced controls via Safari's Web Extension API
9.2 What We Block
The App blocks:
• Common ad networks and banner ads
• Known tracking pixels and scripts
• Cookies from data brokers (where technically possible)
• Intrusive behavioral trackers
9.3 What We Don't Block
The App does NOT block:
• Websites themselves (only elements on them)
• Content required for website functionality
• First-party cookies (cookies from the site you're visiting)
• Video content (though you can control playback speed)
9.4 Website Compatibility
Some websites may not function correctly with blocking enabled. You can:
• Add websites to your whitelist via app settings
• Temporarily disable blocking for specific websites
• Report issues to bugs@weballiestech.com

10. PHOTO CLEANER & DATA DELETION
10.1 Permanent Deletion
When you delete photos using Silent Defense:
• Photos are permanently removed from your device
• We cannot recover deleted photos
• Deletion bypasses iOS trash/recovery options (on compatible devices)
• This action is IRREVERSIBLE
10.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
• Reviewing photos before deletion
• Creating backups of important photos
• Understanding the permanent nature of deletion
• Ensuring you have proper permissions to delete photos
10.3 Screenshot Detection
Our screenshot detection identifies photos taken with iOS's screenshot feature.
However, detection is not 100% accurate. Always review before deleting.
10.4 Large File Identification
The App identifies files by size only. File size filters (10MB, 50MB, etc.)
may include important files. Review carefully.

11. PRIVACY & DATA
11.1 What We Collect
We collect NOTHING about you:
• No browsing history
• No App usage analytics
• No IP addresses or device identifiers
• No photos or personal information
11.2 What Happens Locally
All processing happens on your device:
• Ads and trackers are blocked locally
• Photos are analyzed locally
• Filtering rules are stored locally
• Your data never leaves your device

12. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES
12.1 Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We will notify
users of significant changes.
12.2 Forced Updates
Your license grants you access to the version you purchased. Future major
versions may be sold as separate purchases.
12.3 Backward Compatibility
We will maintain compatibility with supported iOS versions, but we cannot
guarantee compatibility with iOS versions older than 3 years.

13. TERMINATION
13.1 Your License
Your license to use the App is perpetual unless terminated under these Terms.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your license if you:
• Violate these Terms persistently
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
• Use the App on a jailbroken device with malicious intent
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your
devices. However, you may reinstate your license by redownloading on a
compliant device (using your Apple ID).

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Singapore.

15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that
provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
between you and Origin AI regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements
and understandings.
