How We Research
We compare products from their published specs and features; the verdicts below are our independent editorial opinions.
If you want all-day versatility with punchy bass and a rugged IP7 build, choose Ordtop Earbuds; if you need a feather-light sleep companion that tracks your rest and silences the night, choose WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds. Two in-ear headphones, two completely different jobs. One is built to survive the gym. The other is built to disappear into your pillow.
• Ordtop's biggest strength: A 13mm dynamic driver with DSR lossless rendering, 40 hours of total playback, IP7 nano-coating, and Bluetooth 5.4 with a claimed 0.1s low latency. This is an active-lifestyle earbud.
• Ordtop's biggest trade-off: It is a general-purpose sports headphone first. There is no sleep mode, no sleep tracking, and no app-based white noise library.
• WXQZXO's biggest strength: Purpose-built for side sleepers. Roughly 3g per bud, a dedicated Sleep Mode that kills notifications and ringtones, and a sleep-monitoring app that logs stages, positions, and duration.
• WXQZXO's biggest trade-off: No active noise cancellation (noise control is listed as "None"), and it leans on the app for its best features. If you want heavy bass for the commute, this isn't the pick.
• Who should pick Ordtop Earbuds: Runners, gym-goers, and anyone who wants one pair of in-ear headphones for workouts, calls, and travel.
• Who should pick WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds: Side sleepers, light sleepers, shift workers, and anyone who wants their headphones to help them sleep rather than pump them up.
The Ordtop Earbuds are the workhorse of this pair. The spec sheet reads like a checklist for active use: Bluetooth 5.4 with HSP, HFP, A2DP and AVRCP support, a 15-meter wireless range, and a 13mm dynamic driver. Ordtop claims that driver's area is four times a normal drive area, which is the design reason behind the punchier bass and fuller midrange it advertises. A large chamber acoustic design is there to balance internal and external air pressure and reduce sound loss. In plain terms, this is an earbud tuned to sound big.
Then there's durability. IP7 nano-coating protects the internal components from liquids, and the shell is shaped to follow the ear canal's curve so the buds stay put while running or lifting. Each bud weighs about 3 grams, so the fit is meant to feel light rather than clamped in. Touch sensors handle power, playback, volume, calls, and voice assistant activation, and the earbuds work with iOS, Android, TVs, laptops and computers over Bluetooth.
Buy Ordtop Earbuds if you want one pair of in-ear headphones for the gym, the commute, and phone calls, and you care about bass, battery life, and sweat resistance. Skip them if your main use case is falling asleep on your side. There's no sleep mode here, no sleep tracking, and nothing in the design brief about lying on a pillow for eight hours.
WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds: Who It's For
The WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds solve a problem most earbuds ignore: what happens when you lie down. Each bud weighs roughly 3 grams and uses soft, skin-friendly detachable silicone tips shaped to the ear's contour. The pitch is that they stay secure through side-sleeping and turning over without creating pressure points. For side sleepers, light sleepers, insomnia sufferers, shift workers and frequent travelers, that's the whole ballgame.
The second half of the story is the software. Sleep Mode automatically turns off voice assistants, call ringtones and system notifications so the night stays quiet. Through the Zemyee Life app you pick from a built-in white noise library, set scheduled playback, and let intelligent sleep detection pause the audio once you drift off. One caveat worth knowing: the online sound library isn't available in sleep mode, so your white noise comes from what's built in.
On top of that, a high-sensitivity monitoring system records sleep data through the night. Paired with the app, you can review sleep stages, sleeping positions, total duration, analysis reports and an overall sleep score, and track the data over time to spot patterns. Connectivity runs on Bluetooth 6.0 with a 15-meter range, and the buds can clip to a backpack, keychain or belt loop. Battery life is 8 hours per charge with up to 48 hours total via the case, topped up through Type-C.
Buy WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds if your priority is comfort while lying down and you actually want sleep data and a quiet-night mode. Skip them if you need active noise cancellation or a bass-forward sound for workouts. Noise control is listed as none, and the controls are simple tap gestures rather than a full touch suite.
• Best for battery life → WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds. Up to 48 hours total versus 40 hours on the Ordtop, and the WXQZXO's single-charge figure is the same 8 hours.
• Best for workouts and sweat → Ordtop Earbuds. IP7 nano-coating and an ear-canal-shaped fit designed not to fall out while running.
• Best for bass and loud, full sound → Ordtop Earbuds. The 13mm dynamic driver and large chamber acoustic design are aimed squarely at that.
• Best for side sleeping → WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds. Roughly 3g per bud plus detachable silicone tips built for pressure-free side positions.
• Best for sleep insights → WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds. Sleep stages, positions, duration and a sleep score, all through the Zemyee Life app.
• Best for quiet nights → WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds. Sleep Mode strips out notifications and ringtones; the Ordtop has no equivalent.
• Best for calls and voice pickup → Ordtop Earbuds. Four ENC microphones with noise cancelling, which is more call hardware than the WXQZXO lists.
• Best for newer Bluetooth and app-free simplicity → Ordtop Earbuds. Bluetooth 5.4 with 0.1s low-latency claims, and everything works without an app.
In my opinion, most people shopping this category should buy the Ordtop Earbuds. They cover more of daily life: workouts, calls, commuting, TV and laptop use, with IP7 protection, four ENC mics and up to 40 hours of playback. I'd only steer you to the WXQZXO Sleep Earbuds if sleep is genuinely the job. If you're a side sleeper who wants white noise, a notification-free night and sleep tracking, nothing the Ordtop offers replaces that. Pick the tool that matches the task.
Start with the smallest tip that seals comfortably, then twist the bud gently into the ear canal until it feels snug without pressure. The Ordtop ships with S/M/L eartips and a curved shape meant to follow your canal; the WXQZXO uses soft detachable silicone tips designed to stay put when you roll onto your side.
Wipe the buds and the silicone tips with a dry, soft cloth after each use, and remove any wax from the nozzle without pushing it deeper. Detach the tips where the design allows, like the WXQZXO's silicone tips, and rinse only the tip — never the electronics. The Ordtop's IP7 nano-coating protects internal components from liquids, but that's not a license to soak them.
There's no hinged "open" step — you take the buds out of the charging case and they power on and pair automatically. On the Ordtop, the buds pair with each other once removed, then you select "i13" in your device's Bluetooth list. The WXQZXO pairs over Bluetooth 6.0 the same way, with tap controls for playback.
If you mean how to wear them, angle the bud so the nozzle points toward your ear canal rather than straight in, then seat it with a slight twist. Both pairs weigh around 3 grams, so the goal is a light seal, not a tight clamp — if it aches after an hour, try a different tip size.
