This Privacy Policy describes how Mova Beauty Ltd ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the OrbixSortX mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
OrbixSortX is designed to be played fully offline. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. All game progress data (level progress, coins, high scores, achievements, settings) is stored exclusively on your local device using platform storage and is never transmitted to external servers.
No name, email, location, device ID, or usage analytics are collected or transmitted by this application.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Since no personal data is collected, there is no information to use, process, or share. Game data stored locally is used solely to provide gameplay continuity (saving your level progress and preferences).
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This application does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, social login services, or crash-reporting services. No data is shared with any third party.
4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The App may request the following permissions:
VIBRATE — for haptic feedback during gameplay
FOREGROUND_SERVICE — to ensure background music stops correctly when the app is minimised
No sensitive permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location) are requested.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
OrbixSortX is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, there is no risk to children's privacy. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent legislation.
6. DATA SECURITY
All game data is stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage APIs. We have no access to this data. Uninstalling the application permanently removes all stored game data.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
