The Garden Club of Orange Park, Inc.

Welcome to the Garden Club of Orange Park, Inc.

Founded December 9, 1948

Mission: Increase the knowledge of our members and the general public in all phases of garden club work through programs presented at both circle and club levels.

We are a group of individuals who share a love of gardening and have a desire to share our knowledge with others. We'd love to meet you and help you cultivate a love for gardening too. You can learn about us from this website, our Facebook page, contact us, or be our guest at a meeting at our clubhouse at 1820 Smith St, Orange Park, FL 32073. Our club always welcomes new members too!

Find out who we are and the awards we've won by going to our About Us and Awards pages. Visit our Events & News page for our general program schedule and the Circles pages for the dates for each circle's programs.

National Bird Feeding Month

In 1994, Congressman, John Porter established February as National Bird Feeding Month due to the harsh conditions endured during one of the coldest months of the year - thankfully, the weather in our Florida area is mild. This year's theme is "Winter Comfort - Feed the Birds and Keep Them Happy and Healthy". During the month of February, keep your bird feeders filled, have your binoculars close by for viewing, and obtain a bird book to identify the species. Backyard bird-feeding is an entertaining, educational and inexpensive past-time enjoyed by children and adults.
