Oracle Insights respects your privacy and prioritizes the protection of your data. This Data Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which data may be collected, how it is handled, and your rights regarding that data. By using Oracle Insights, you agree to this Data Policy.
In normal use, Oracle Insights does not collect or share any data, including user-recorded mood data. All mood data is saved locally on your device. Oracle Insights does not process this data to alter card drawing results. However, this does not prevent the user from voluntarily sharing mood data via the feedback feature (see below).
When you submit feedback through the feedback feature in Oracle Insights, the following data is collected:
Feedback Content: The content of your feedback as entered in the feedback form.
Contact Email: If you choose to provide your email address, it will be collected. Feedback is anonymous if no email is provided. We may occasionally contact you regarding your feedback via the email you provided to us.
Device Information: The model of your device and the operating system version.
This data is collected to improve the app and address any issues or suggestions you provide. Feedback data is not shared with third parties.
Feedback data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel of Oracle Insights for the purposes outlined in this policy.
You have the right to request the deletion of your feedback records. To do so, please email us at sacred.forge.apps at gmail dot com. Note the following conditions:
Only feedback associated with the email you provided at the time of submission can be deleted.
If no email was provided with your feedback, we are unable to identify and delete specific feedback records, as they are stored anonymously.
This Data Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. You may access this page via a link on app store listing.
