Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Oracle Ra - Astrology  Advisor mobile application (the "App") operated by TECHNO-SMART COMPANY LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of TECHNO-SMART COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or unintended purposes;

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App;

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the App;

• Rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App in any manner;

• Use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the App.

Modifications to the App

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of the App at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that you use the most up-to-date version of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TECHNO-SMART COMPANY LIMITED, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort
