This setting helps organizations limit visibility of external users in sharing experiences. When disabled, Microsoft Entra guest users aren't shown in people picker suggested users lists. This helps prevent accidental sharing to external users and seeing which external users have been added to your organization through Power BI sharing UIs.
External users are users outside of the organization that haven't been added as Microsoft Entra B2B guest users. If this setting is turned off, an external user who isn't already a guest user in the organization can't be included as a recipient of an email subscription.
Removing user/open password is next to impossible, but if your PDF file is only protected with owner password, i.e., PDF print, edit, copy and other functions are disabled then there are several programs available to remove PDF security like the one mentioned in this article: -to-Remove-PDF-Password-Security-PrintEditCo/

Now it's this "Finish Setting up Your Device" blue screen...on a device that I've been running for years...because Microsoft just won't quit trying to sell me Office 365 that I don't want, or using "One Cloud" that I don't want...and pushing other stuff that if I wanted it...I would already have it. So now we have this blue screen that we can't get rid of without agreeing to be reminded again in three days or hitting "continue" and going through all the screens and telling Microsoft I don't want it. How's about giving us a "No Thanks" button with a "Don't Send This Again" checkbox.
But no...if we have an early version of Wiindows 10...we can't get rid of this pop-up blue screen without spending our time going into the registry for who knows how long it will take...to MAYBE get rid of this pop-up blue screen.
It makes me long for the days of Windows 7. Hell...it makes me long for the days of XP.

We are currently using a Citrix Cloud environment, and control policies with Citrix Cloud Studio, WEM, and AD policies. I know this isn't the best practice, but it's what we've got. I've been tasked with finding a way to enable copying text and/or files from the client device into the Citrix ICA session, but not allowing the reverse of copying from Citrix to the local device. The only policy I've found seems to be a both directions open or neither are setting, so I figured I'd ask here. For extra info, we are using the following:
The point is: why could I do save and save as when already have the pdf document opened (pdf viewer) before and now this button is grayed out and cannot do save or save as anymore? I'm not doing nothing wrong using Acrobat Adobe Reader DC, because I do exactly the same of what I used to, and it always worked, so now it's something different...
Watermarking places a semi-transparent overlay of the current viewer's name and time of access across the file's contents, is visible in Preview to all collaborator roles, and is applied to downloaded and printed files for certain collaborator roles. I just came upon a Google doc from a high school account that I no longer have access to. I want to copy paste my work, but the copy paste functionality is disabled. I know you could access developer tools such as document.body.innerText to get a text copy of the doc. I would, however, prefer to have the actual doc and its formatting kept, so I would need a print screen of the entire doc (and then run it by Optical Text Recognition) or just get the copy paste functionality. There is JavaScript blocking the copying functionality, and upon disabling the JavaScript, the page does not load (error). Would anyone be able to help me out, please?

While viewing a document in the Native Viewer, you have several right-click options, including the Copy option. Use this option to copy text from the document you are currently viewing and then paste it into another application.
When you switch to the Image Viewer, a .tiff or .jpeg version of the document displays. You can highlight and redact images in this mode. The Image Viewer is only available if you have loaded an imaged version of the document in the Viewer or if you have manually imaged the file using the Image on the fly option in the Document actions menu.
