1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the Optimal Caffeine mobile application ("the App"). The App is designed to help users track and optimize their caffeine intake. We believe your health and habit data is strictly your own business.
2. Data Collection and Use Optimal Caffeine does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data, analytics, or usage information off your device.
The App requires certain information to function, including:
Your daily drink logs (type of drink, amount of caffeine, and time consumed).
Your personal sensitivity settings (half-life, thresholds, and target bedtime).
Your streak counters.
All of this data is stored entirely locally on your physical device using local shared preferences. It is never uploaded to a cloud server, nor is it accessible to the developer or any third parties.
3. Third-Party Services The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) or advertising networks. Your locally stored data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone.
4. Data Deletion Because your data is only stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can permanently delete all your Optimal Caffeine data at any time simply by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage cache in your device settings.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
