This Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") is a binding agreement between the user and wang zhendong ("the Developer") for the use of subscription services provided via the Gio Cleaner app. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept the conditions laid out in this document.
1.1 Plan Types
Phone Cleaner: AI Cleaner provides the following subscription models:
Weekly Subscription: Full access to all premium tools, billed weekly.
Yearly Subscription: Unlimited premium access, charged on an annual basis.
1.2 Subscriber Benefits
With a subscription, you’ll enjoy:
Full, unrestricted access to premium features.
An experience free from advertisements.
Priority access to customer support assistance.
2.1 Payment Information
Your iTunes account will be billed at the time you confirm your subscription.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless turned off.
Charges for renewal are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the existing subscription term.
The renewal cost will match your original purchase price.
2.3 Subscription Management
You may control or cancel auto-renewal anytime through your iTunes account settings.
2.4 Trial Periods
If a free trial is included, it will convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires. Once converted, your account will be charged without further notice.
3.1 Ending a Subscription
You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you choose.
Cancellation will not interrupt the current subscription period, which will remain active until it ends.
No partial refunds will be offered for unused time.
3.2 Refund Handling
Any refund requests must be made through Apple Support, as the Developer is not authorized to process refunds. Refunds are only issued in accordance with Apple’s policies or applicable laws.
4.1 Pricing Updates
The Developer retains the right to revise subscription pricing. Users will receive prior notice, and new prices will take effect at the next renewal point.
4.2 Feature Adjustments
Features may be altered, added, or removed at the Developer’s discretion. Continued use after such updates implies your consent to the revised terms.
5.1 Developer Termination Rights
The Developer may cancel your subscription or restrict access if any breach of this agreement or other applicable rules occurs.
5.2 Post-Termination Conditions
If your subscription is terminated:
Premium access will be revoked immediately.
No reimbursements will be made for any remaining subscription time.
