What does it reveal about us when the women who shape our future must still struggle for dignity?
Iqbal answered long ago in Wujood-e-Zan. Women are not an ornament of civilization. They are its foundation. To diminish them is to diminish humanity itself.
This theme is our refusal to accept that cases like those of Noor Mukadam, Zainab Ansari, Dr. Mahnoor, and Muntaha should ever become ordinary. They remind us that behind every headline lies a deeper failure of justice, accountability, and collective responsibility. We stand not only for them, but for every woman whose voice has been silenced, whose safety has been compromised, or whose pursuit of justice remains unfinished.
At OPFMUN, we believe empowerment is not charity. It is the unwavering pursuit of dignity, accountability, and justice.
Because when women rise, humanity rises with them.
