Photo2PDF Lite is an Android utility application that allows users to select photos, arrange multiple images on PDF pages, edit images, adjust page layouts and margins, preview documents, create PDF files, open PDF documents, and share generated PDFs.
The application's core photo and PDF processing is performed directly on the user's device.
Photo2PDF Lite does not require users to create an account or sign in.
Photo2PDF Lite accesses photos and documents only when the user selects them or grants access through Android's system file or photo picker.
Selected photos may be used to create PDF documents, arrange images on PDF pages, rotate or edit images, apply grayscale or scan-style effects, and preview PDF layouts.
PDF documents selected by the user may be opened and displayed using the application's PDF reader.
Photos, PDF documents and document contents selected by the user are processed locally on the device and are not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by Operatech.
Operatech does not operate a cloud storage service for users' photos or PDF documents.
Photo2PDF Lite may create local temporary files, cached images or rendered PDF data in order to provide previews, process edited images, improve performance and generate PDF documents.
These files remain on the user's device and may be removed by the application or by the Android operating system.
Generated PDF files remain under the user's control on the device.
Photo2PDF Lite allows users to share generated PDF documents through Android's system sharing functionality.
Sharing occurs only when the user chooses to share a file.
When a document is shared with another application or online service, that third party's privacy practices apply to the file after it has been transferred.
Photo2PDF Lite does not automatically upload generated documents to third-party cloud services.
Photo2PDF Lite uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
The application may display banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
Advertising requires an internet connection.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as IP address, which may be used to estimate general location; interactions with the application or advertisements; diagnostic and performance information; and device or account identifiers, including advertising-related identifiers where available.
This information may be used by Google for purposes including advertising, ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention.
Operatech does not receive the contents of users' photos or PDF documents through AdMob.
Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, the user's region, consent choices and Google advertising settings.
Photo2PDF Lite uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google's consent management system to manage privacy choices where required.
For eligible users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom and Switzerland, the application may display a consent message before requesting advertising where consent is legally required.
The consent message may allow users to accept, reject or manage purposes, vendors and advertising preferences.
Advertising requests are handled according to the consent status provided through the Google consent platform and applicable Google policies.
Where required, users may also be provided with access to privacy options so that they can review or change their consent choices later.
Google and its advertising partners may process certain information independently according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Depending on user consent, device settings and applicable law, this may include general location derived from IP address, advertising identifiers, device information, application interactions, advertising interactions, diagnostic information and performance information.
Operatech does not sell users' personal information.
Operatech does not provide users' selected photos, PDF documents or document contents to advertising providers for advertising purposes.
Photo2PDF Lite does not currently operate a separate developer-controlled behavioral analytics system for creating user profiles.
However, Google Mobile Ads SDK may process application interactions, advertising interactions and diagnostic information as part of providing, measuring, securing and improving advertising services.
The core photo-to-PDF functionality is designed to operate on the device.
An internet connection may be used for functions such as loading advertisements, obtaining or updating consent information, opening the Privacy Policy, opening external links or accessing Google Play services.
Failure to connect to an advertising or consent service should not require users' photos or PDF documents to be uploaded to Operatech.
Photo2PDF Lite does not require account registration.
Operatech does not maintain Photo2PDF Lite user accounts on its own servers.
Therefore, there is no Photo2PDF Lite server-side user account that needs to be deleted.
Photo2PDF Lite requests only permissions or system access required to provide its functionality.
Where supported by Android, the application uses system photo pickers or file pickers so users can select the specific photos or documents they want to use.
The application does not require unrestricted access to every file stored on the user's device for normal operation.
Network access may be used by Google advertising and consent services.
The primary document and image processing performed by Photo2PDF Lite occurs locally on the device.
Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is handled according to those providers' security practices.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their Android device and should use appropriate device security when storing confidential or sensitive documents.
Operatech does not maintain a developer-operated database containing users' selected photos, generated PDF documents or document contents.
Local files remain on the user's device until deleted by the user, the application or the Android operating system.
Information processed by Google advertising services may be retained according to Google's applicable policies and retention practices.
Photo2PDF Lite is a general productivity and document utility application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
Operatech does not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to the developer through the application.
Advertising and privacy controls are provided through Google services and are subject to applicable Google policies and legal requirements.
Third-party service providers such as Google may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence.
Such processing is governed by the provider's privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.
Depending on your device, region and applicable law, you may have options to manage advertising identifiers, advertising personalization and consent choices.
Users in regions where Google's consent message is required may be able to change their privacy choices through the application's privacy options interface.
Users may also manage certain advertising settings through Android or Google account settings.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Photo2PDF Lite changes its functionality, advertising services, privacy practices, third-party services or legal requirements.
When material changes are made, the updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
