Dear colleagues,

As PhD students in climate economics at EPFL, and as concerned citizens, we believe that together, Swiss PhDs and post-docs in climate-related fields can help ensure the CO2 Law is passed on June 13th.

Switzerland will be in a much better position to fight climate change by passing this law, however imperfect, than by rejecting it. The short letter (available here) we kindly ask you to support, explains why.

Complementary to established climate scientists, we aim to mobilize another generation of scientists, and strengthen our public engagement for big issues of society. We will try to share the letter in Swiss media (German and French versions), so the more signatures, the stronger our voice, and the less exposure for the “no" campaign.
