This privacy policy applies to all applications and games, including Orb Smash and any other current or future software (each, an "Application") developed by ONYXDEV ("Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

1. Scope and Multi-App Coverage

This policy is universal. By using any Application released by ONYXDEV, you agree to the practices described herein. This includes all games, utilities, and services developed under the ONYXDEV brand.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects and processes information to provide the service, manage gameplay features (such as leaderboards), and display advertisements.

a. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, the following information may be collected by third-party SDKs (Google Play Services, AdMob):
Device Identifiers: Your advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID) and unique device hardware ID.
Game Progress & Performance: Scores, achievements, and gameplay statistics via Google Play Games.
Technical Data: Your device model, operating system version, and system language.
App Usage: Interaction data, such as button clicks, session duration, and crash reports.

Note:

The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data (like names or emails) on private servers. All data is managed through trusted third-party platforms (Google).

3. Texas App Store Accountability Act (SB 2420) Compliance

The Service Provider is committed to the safety of users in the State of Texas and complies with SB 2420.
Age Ratings: Every Application is assigned an age rating (Child, Younger Teen, Older Teen, or Adult) based on Texas standards and App Store guidelines.
Age Signals: The Application integrates with platform-level Age Signals. We respect the age range and parental consent status provided by the App Store (Google Play).
Data Minimization: Any age verification or consent data provided by the App Store is used strictly to enforce safety features and is never stored by ONYXDEV. It is deleted immediately after the session-level verification.
Parental Consent: We rely on the App Store’s mechanism to obtain parental consent for minors, especially regarding In-App Purchases or access to social features.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following providers to deliver game services and ads:

Google Play Services / Play Games: Used for cloud saves, achievements, and leaderboards. Privacy Policy

5. Children's Privacy and COPPA

In addition to Texas law, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the Application is rated for children, we ensure that AdMob is configured to show non-personalized, child-safe ads.

6. Your Rights and Opt-Out

Uninstall: You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application.
Ad Settings: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads through your Android system settings.
Data Deletion: To request deletion of game data, you may do so through your Google Play Games profile or by contacting us.
