These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the On Time mobile application (the "App"), operated by On Time in the State of Qatar. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. The Service

On Time is a booking platform. We connect you with independent salons ("Salon Partners") and allow you to browse their services, choose a specialist, and reserve an appointment.

**We are not a salon.** We do not perform the services, employ the staff, or set the prices. The service itself is provided to you by the Salon Partner, under its own responsibility.

## 2. Eligibility and Your Account

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

- You can browse the App as a guest, but booking requires an account.

- Registration requires a valid mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS.

- You are responsible for keeping your phone and account secure, and for all bookings made through your account.

- You must provide accurate information. Fake accounts, or impersonating another person, are prohibited.

## 3. Bookings

- A booking is a request for a specific service, with a specific specialist, at a specific date and time.

- **Time slots are reserved in real time.** An unconfirmed cart is released after **10 minutes**, and a slot may be taken by another user before you complete checkout. If that happens, the affected item is removed from your cart and you will be asked to select another time.

- All services in a single booking must belong to the same salon. Adding a service from a different salon requires clearing your cart.

- Confirmation of the booking is shown in the App and sent to you as a notification. A confirmed booking is a commitment towards the Salon Partner.

## 4. Changes, Cancellation and No-Shows

- You may reschedule or cancel a booking from **My Bookings** in the App, subject to availability and to the Salon Partner's own policy.

- Please cancel as early as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else.

- A Salon Partner may cancel or reschedule a booking for reasons beyond its control (staff absence, emergency, closure). We will notify you as soon as possible.

- Repeatedly failing to attend confirmed appointments without cancelling may lead to your account being restricted or suspended.

## 5. Prices and Payment

- Prices shown in the App are set by each Salon Partner and are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

- **Payment is made directly at the salon.** The App does not process card payments and does not collect any payment data.

- Prices are indicative and may change; the final amount, and any additional service performed at the salon, are agreed between you and the Salon Partner.

- Any refund, discount or price dispute is handled by the Salon Partner in accordance with its own policy.

## 6. Rules of Use

You agree **not** to:

- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the laws of the State of Qatar;

- make fake, malicious or repeated bookings you do not intend to attend;

- harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against salon staff or other users;

- submit false, misleading or offensive content, reviews or information;

- attempt to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, overload or otherwise interfere with the App or its servers;

- use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App or extract its data;

- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the App or its content without our written permission.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

## 7. Intellectual Property

- The App, its design, name, logo, text and software are the property of On Time and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

- Salon names, logos and photographs remain the property of the respective Salon Partners.

- Any content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it within the App for the purposes of operating the service.

## 8. Notifications

By creating an account you agree to receive service notifications relating to your bookings (confirmation, reminders, changes, cancellation). You can turn push notifications off at any time from **Profile → Push Notifications** or from your device settings; essential SMS messages relating to account verification may still be sent.

## 9. Maps and Locations

The map shown for each salon is based on the address registered by that salon and is **approximate**. Always verify the exact location with the salon before travelling. We are not responsible for inaccurate addresses provided by Salon Partners.

## 10. Availability of the Service

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or always up-to-date service. Salon listings, availability and prices may change or contain errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the App at any time.

## 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"**, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we make no warranty as to the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of the services provided by any Salon Partner.

## 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar:

- we are not liable for the acts, omissions, service quality, hygiene or conduct of any Salon Partner or its staff;

- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of time, profit or opportunity;

- our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed QAR 500.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

## 13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold On Time harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

## 14. Termination

**By you:** you may delete your account at any time from **Profile → Delete your Account**. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and pending bookings may be cancelled.

**By us:** we may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, repeatedly miss appointments, or abuse salon staff or other users.

## 15. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. Please read it alongside these Terms.

## 16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

## 17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
