Onside is an IT/MSP based in Sacramento CA that provides technical exterprise solutions and support. Onside Mobile is designed to improve customer support and ease of access by providing an all in one solution for their IT Support Needs.
OnSide Mobile is made to decrease overall tickets that Onside needs to solve as a Technical support company and increase clientel self diagnosis and troubleshooting. On top of that we have a mobile station for employees of Onside can answer tickets on the go.
We propose an app that allows for clients of Onside to have Onside approved articles for common and simply troubleshooting tasks quicker repairs and an app that Onside employees can answer simply or easy fixes while not at their computer.
We have a system that asks the client the issues that they are having starting with general issues such as asking for machine type to specifcs such as audio or screen issues. If the articles fail it will send a ticket with the answered questions with the ticket.

Onside Mobile started as a small idea to make the lives of our end users much easier, the app has been in development since January 2021 and was completed on schedule in November 2021. Continued application development and support will be provided to Onside Solutions with future developments to include additional API Implementation with client's OnTask ticket queue and feature enhancements to our DIY Articles.
It was discovered during development that utilizing the AutoTask API would not be financially possible. Many changes and limitations to our original scope were realized after this change. While the original design goal was still upheld to the best of our ability, some functionality was removed considering the new constraints.
