Bug Fixes

Copying the code or console with buttons would not actually copy it, now it does
Ctrl/Cmd + A to clear the console would select all the code, now the keybind is Ctrl/Cmd + Q

Keybinds

Ctrl/Cmd + A is now removed.
Ctrl/Cmd + Q clears the console, replacing Ctrl/Cmd + A

Miscellaneous

The "home" has a display name of "OnlineCode"
The "code" page has a display name of "Coding in OnlineCode"
The "articles" page has a displau name of "OnlineCode Articles"
Added the OnlineCode Guide article (https://sites.google.com/view/onlinecode/home/articles/guide)
